William J. Morris
Experience
As a licensed Attorney and Certified Public Accountant my practice is concentrated on business and real estate transactions. This includes advising clients on proper entity choice and structure; mergers and acquisitions; buying, selling, or leasing real estate; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts; and providing general business counsel. With my experience as a CPA I also focus on tax planning and structure of commercial transactions, with the goal of always creating the most advantageous tax scenario for my client’s situation. I also assist clients in resolving a wide variety of tax controversies, whether it involves the IRS or a variety of state taxing authorities.
