Experience

Since 2008 Aaron has been representing employers regarding their labor and employment challenges and, if necessary, defending them in litigation in state and federal court. Aaron believes that most liability and exposure can be avoided through proactive steps such as having good policies, following those policies consistently, training managers and thoughtfully proceeding when issues arise. However, even the most prudent company will face claims from employees occasionally. In such situations, Aaron has been very successful in efficiently defeating such claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

Beyond The Firm

I am married with three sons. When I’m not working, I spend the majority of my time with my family which usually involves watching or coaching my kids’ sports teams, cheering on Wisconsin’s sports teams or binging one of our favorite shows or movies like Frasier, Castle, Brooklyn 99, X-Files, Star Wars, or others.
